The pool was very nice and the view was lovely. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to have drink/snack service at the pool. No ice available. No Kleenex in room. I never asked for any, so Kleenex might have been available but it seems it should just be in room.

The room is smaller than it appears in the photos. My fridge was leaking. The biggest disappointment was the festival that was happening. The fair was right outside the hotel and the music, DJ and rides went on until 1:30 am. My bed was rocking. I left after the first night as my plan was sleep, relax and long walks on the beach. Thankfully, the owner agreed to refund my money when I found another place to go. This was excellent customer service for me. Otherwise, the pool was nice on the roof. The town is great. And the front desk was very kind and helpful. I checked the calendar before I reserved to see if there were any festivals and it wasn't noted and didn't describe the magnitude of the festival. I think it is unreasonable to have this go until 1:30 am and i hope the hotel will advise the city of this misfortune. Other guests felt the same way. All the same, this is a great place to visit.

What was the highlight of Hotel Suites Nadia Bucerias

The location was ideal -- directly across the street from the ocean, and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff were super friendly and informative. Alfonso at the reception desk remembered our names and greeted us as we came and went, and gave us insider tips about where the locals eat and shop (don't miss the Sunday market under the bridge). The beds were firm and comfortable.

There was a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom, which they are aware of. I would suggest requesting a room on a higher floor to be further from the sewer line. And keep the bathroom door closed.

The reception staff were very friendly, personable and helpful. We were fortunate to get the sea facing top floor room with a balcony that provided hours of wave watching and people watching. I was worried it would be noisy because of the restaurants across the street but this wasn't a problem as the rooms are quite sound proofed.

The best thing with the hotel was the staff. Friendly and accommodating. Not having an elevator and being on the 4th floor was a lot more exercise than I wanted.

In the kind of heat that Bucerias has this time of year. Climbing the stairs daily was a little oppressive.

Todo, en general es un hotel muy bonito y cómodo, las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, y la alberca y la vista tanto desde la habitación como en la alberca es espectacular, pese a no tener alberca privada en realidad solo se cruza una calle y estas en la playa la cual tiene un oleaje muy tranquilo, creo que es la mejor opción dentro de bucerias

La ubicación es excelente a unos pasos de la plazuela principal de Bucerias y a unos pasos del mar. El hotel es pequeñito pero bastante bonitas las instalaciones generales desde el elevador hasta la habitación. La atención del personal es demasiado buena, el único PERO es el estacionamiento solo caben como 4 carros. Pero en verdad es muy recomendable y claro que volvería a hospedarme!!
